the cozy ambience makes it feel like home, perfect for relaxing evenings after long travels!
Great staff, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast.

Not sure how they managed, but the bed was more of a sofa bed meme than actual comfort. At least I got my refund before I turned into a grumpy pillow!

Let’s talk about what really matters
My stay was fraught with issues, from rude staff to a room that smelled of smoke. I encountered broken amenities and a lack of proper cleaning. Despite the location's potential, the overall experience felt neglected. Do yourself a favor and seek a cleaner, more welcoming place to stay. It's just not worth it here.

Had an awesome time with friends! The beds were comfy, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. We checked out the Dallas World Aquarium and loved it! The nearby Toyota Music Factory was also a blast for live music. Perfect for groups like ours, but remember the area has security measures, so stay alert.
The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, with some signs of concern like heavy security and iron bars. Not the best vibe when you're arriving.

The one-bedroom queen suite was spacious, felt like an apartment. Had air conditioning, a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and a stovetop. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Enjoyed the fitness center and the outdoor pool. Great location, super close to downtown attractions like the Dallas World Aquarium.

i recently stayed at hawthorn and was impressed with the accommodating check-in staff. the one-bedroom queen suite was spacious and felt like an apartment rather than a hotel. i loved the outdoor pool and enjoyed the social hour on wednesdays. the location is fantastic, just minutes from downtown, making it easy to explore.

The one-bedroom queen suite felt spacious and included a full kitchen area. The outdoor pool provided a nice escape to relax after a long day.
The state of the room was far from ideal. The carpeting showed significant wear with stains scattered throughout, and the sofa was heavily stained and shouldn't have been in service. I found the door lacked a secure lock, leaving me feeling uneasy. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected when needed. Overall, the facilities felt dated, detracting from the experience considerably.

We had a great time checking out the Dallas World Aquarium, which was a hit with the kids. The rooms were nicely sized for our large family, and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home during our stay.
In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could use some improvement. The sofa in our room was quite worn, and there were no extra pillows for the kids. I recommend a thicker blanket for family stays.
